5.2. Standard free shipping is Royal Mail Second Class, which takes 2-3 days.

5.3. AndThen is not responsible for any delays, loss or damages caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and refunds

6.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy.

6.2. Our Returns Policy:

• Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry. We’ll exchange one opened pair and any unopened boxers.
• We're only able to offer exchanges on unopened boxes due to hygiene reasons.
  

6.3. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

6.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
